The course in home cooking does not have a professional character.
It is a fine opportunity for students to familiarize with the culinary Italian traditions.
During the course the participants will practically learn the basic elements of the Italian cookery, such as

● stews
● bread and pizza
and the typical dishes of Italian regional cuisine, such as
The course is held in a typical Italian kitchen in contact with an Italian family.
This course is also a pleasant moment to socialize and terminates with a dinner tasting what has been cooked and drinking wine.
The course must be attended in combination with a language course.
The course is held in Pisa and Viareggio and consists of 6 lessons a week, in two meetings of about 3 hours each with the following timetable: 17.30-20.30 (until the conclusion of the dinner)
